Wide
range of State of the art knitting machines, which includes
Jersey, Interlock, Auto feeder, Striper, Ribs, Pique,
Fleece, Jacquard, Drop needle, etc. In addition, fabric
– checking machines are available to ensure that
the knitted fabric in greige stage is checked before
being sent out for dyeing.

:
We
have a modern dyeing house with a capacity of 5 tonnes
per day. We dye cotton as well as polyester fabric in
our soft flow atmospheric dyeing machines and our HT/HP
machines. The dyeing plant is equipped with a range
of finishing machines such as the balloon padder ,relaxed
dryer, compactors, brushing and calendaring machines,
etc. Baby soft flow dyeing machines are available to
cater to 

small quantities and sampling. As a measure of our comm-itment
to the environment a state of the art effluent treatment
plant is also installed. In addition we have now installed
a quadruple effect evaporation plant. This enables us
to recover water as well as salt, apart from ensuring
zero discharge.
PRINTING:

This
division comprises of the following machines. Carousal
printing machines, transfer printing machines for transfer
prints, table printing for screen print. All types of
prints such as discharge, high density, foil printing,
transfers, tie and dye, etc is done. We have our own
screen making unit to ensure secrecy of design and speed
of work.
.................................................................................EMBROIDERY:

We have the latest Japanese embroidery machines. Trimming
machines for appliqué embroidery are also available.
STITCHING:.....................................................................................
We
have an extremely modern stitching factory comprising
of state of the art flatlock, overlock and lockstitch
machines. In addition we have the latest cadcam systems
and band knife cutting machines. It allows us to cut
tubular and open width fabrics automatically. Our finishing
section has fabric suction machines, auto trimmers,
steam ironing as well as tunnel ironing machines.
It is also equipped with needle detectors. Our inhouse
stitching capacity allows us to produce between 6000/8000
pieces a day.
In
addition, we have five dedicated work factories each
one with similar machines as above, each one conforming
to stringent quality standards.
................................................STATE-OF-THE-ART-SAMPLING
UNIT:
We
are one of the few companies with large dedicated state
of the art sample room. We produce 5000 samples per
month approx. across 100-120 styles. All development
work such as screen making, cassette making, etc. are
inhouse.

WIND POWER:.............................................................................
In
order to control pollution, we have put up two state
of the art wind mills capable of generating 1,80,000
Units of power per month. Wind power takes care off
almost 60% of our total power requirement in Tirupur.

& DEVELOPMENT:
An
inhouse team of designers / co-ordinators concentrate
exclusively on creating new styles, designs and fabrics.
The R&D department also focusses on potential problem
areas like, better accessory control, use of better
quality cartons, etc.
